As a graduate of San Diego State College with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Dennis began his career with the Bank of California in 1971 in downtown San Francisco. His desire to reach the pinnacle of his profession led him to Appraisal Institute for a formal designation known as Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). His far reaching goals and integrity within the field of real estate appraisal has been supported by his wife of 37 years and his dedicated staff.
